Equine Holistic Fair

This annual event will bring together equine professionals, wellbeing practitioners, and the local community for a day of learning, connection and celebration.
We’re inviting partners to join us through three sponsorship levels, each offering meaningful exposure and engagement opportunities:
Headline Sponsor – £1,500
Named as Headline Sponsor in all event promotions and press releases, with prominent logo placement, banner and promotional displays around the arenas and yard, and a full-page feature in the event programme. Includes inclusion in all social media posts, public thanks during the day, the opportunity to host a branded demo, and four complimentary guest passes.
Supporting Sponsor – £1,000
Includes your logo on event materials, website, and social media, banner display space in the main arena or yard, a half-page programme feature, verbal acknowledgment during the event, and two guest passes.
Event Partner – £500
Features logo inclusion in the event programme, social media recognition, one banner display, and acknowledgment on the day.

Supporting Sponsor – £1,000
Includes your logo featured on event materials and social media promotions, verbal recognition during speeches, the opportunity to display promotional materials at the venue, and two complimentary event tickets.
Event Partner – £500
Features logo inclusion in the event programme and online promotions, recognition on social media in the lead-up to the event, and acknowledgement during speeches.
